Scott’s consulting accomplishments include regulatory compliance, operational improvement, cost containment, revenue enhancement and 340B program implementation. Prior to becoming a consultant, Scott held a leadership position with a leading human therapeutics company and worked closely with the FDA on patient safety programs. He also served as Vice President, Therapeutic and Diagnostic Services at a not-for-profit research hospital in Southern California where he oversaw regulatory compliance for multiple licensing and accrediting agencies, including the Department of Health Services, the Joint Commission, the College of American Pathologists, the American College of Surgeons, and the State Board of Pharmacy.
Education and Qualifications
Scott attained his Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Science, Biochemistry from the University of California. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the California State Association of Counties “Challenge Award” and City of Hope Team Awards for four years.
