Tina possesses significant expertise in managing multiple facets of corporate operations and possesses a strong track record of results achieving revenue and profit growth objectives. She has successfully developed and launched multi-million dollar business units from concept to commercialization, increased annual revenue and performance of existing business units, and streamlined operations utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Her background spans marketing, strategic sales and business development, project management, contract negotiations, customer service, and financial analysis and revenue forecasting.
Prior to joining Novia, Tina spent the last several years establishing and delivering solutions that help acute care hospitals increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve patient and clinician satisfaction. She has specific experience in the areas of supply chain management and clinical workflow, including critical care nursing education and training, pharmacy operations, medication administration, and perioperative processes. Tina’s work has been published in several leading publications, including Critical Care Nurse, Nursing Management, and Vital Signs. Additionally, she has presented regionally and at national conferences such as the American College of Chest Physicians, the National Teaching Institute and Critical Care Exposition, as well as the National Nursing Staff Development Organization’s Annual conference.
Education and Qualifications
Tina earned her Master of Arts degree in Education with an emphasis in Leadership from California State University, San Marcos. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and New Product Development Professional, and holds positions on several non-profit boards.
