POWAY, Calif. — Novia Strategies is pleased to welcome Sheree Aiken in the position of Consultant, bringing additional bench strength and deep subject-matter expertise to Novia’s hospital and system clients across the country.

Sheree is a recognized healthcare industry consultant and leader with a strong emphasis in pay practices, revenue cycle, case management, and patient safety. Over her 25-year career, she has developed a track record of leading complex projects that deliver positive outcomes and exceed client expectations.

Sheree began her career in the healthcare industry as a registered nurse and transitioned into management almost immediately. She has expertise in various aspects of the business, including case management, staffing and productivity, policy and procedure development, utilization management, revenue cycle, patient flow, and compliance. Prior to joining Novia, Sheree held the roles of clinical specialist for Ambulatory Care, as well as assistant director of Care Management at Texas Children’s Hospital. In her clinical role, she served as a consultant and subject matter expert for the development and implementation of ambulatory care coordination.
Sheree earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A & M University and her Masters of Science in Nursing Administration at the University of Texas. She is Board Certified as a Case Manager through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and holds certification as a CCM through the Commission for Case Management. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, American Case Management Association (ACMA), Case Management Society of America (CMSA), and the Texas Nurses Association.
